By creating an account or using Polynotes, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You must provide accurate and current information when registering.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Content & Intellectual Property

All content available on Polynotes — including books, PDFs, text, images, and design — is protected by copyright and owned by their respective authors or by Polynotes.

• You may read and access content for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share downloaded content.
• Circumventing DRM, copy protection, or access controls is strictly prohibited.
• Screen recording, screenshotting, or any method of capturing content is not permitted.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store card details.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Downgrading or cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our content, all purchases and subscription payments are non-refundable once access has been granted. Exceptions may be considered in cases of:

• Duplicate charges due to a technical error
• Failure to deliver the purchased content due to our platform error

To request a refund consideration, contact us at support@www.truereview.in within 7 days of purchase with your payment ID.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Polynotes to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated bots or scrapers without written permission

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Polynotes is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polynotes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Polynotes at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to access content ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 7 days' notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
